Old Spices excellent viral marketing campaign has swept the web over the past couple of days as the Old Spice Guy Isaiah Mustafa has been busily making tons of hilarious videos in response to Youtube comments tweets.
Unless youve been avoiding both TV and the Internet for the last few months youve undoubtedly seen Old Spices hilariously viral commercials featuring the debonair Mr. But if you do or you just like the commercials the guy to the right is in you can tell OldSpice that on. You know those very rare moments where you see an advertising idea and you can recognise not only how good it is but how its going. This week Isaiah proves hes more than just a. It started with a few hilarious commercials in which the actor tells you about how awesome he is and if your man wore old spice.
What if commercials really did talk to you What if a familiar spokesperson addressed you by name and responded to your thoughts and feelings.
On Tuesday I received a thank you from Isaiah Mustafa the towelclad Adonis of the Old Spice manmercials for mentioning him and his Emmynominated Old Spice commercial in a recent All The Rage post.

A couple of hours later a tweet went up on Old Spices Twitter account linking to a new YouTube video of the Old Spice guy proposing for Jsbeals complete with romantic candles a diamond ring and a slightly disconcerting proposal. The deodorized one responds praising shirtless.
The Wieden teams reaction time was incredible as illustrated by a marriage proposal Mustafa made on behalf of a random guy on Twitter.
